Manager, Strategic Initiatives

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives within Clinical Operations that support and optimize prior authorization operations
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans
• utilize systems thinking to identify and analyze processes, workflows, and technology needs to improve operational efficiency
• define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and business objectives
• create and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables
• monitor project progress and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary to ensure strategic alignment
• foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancement
• communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• stay on top of industry trends and best practices related to prior authorization and healthcare operations

3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably healthcare operations

• 1+ knowledge of pharmacy prior authorization process and workflows
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• familiarity with CVS Caremark’s PA Products – CAS, Medhok, Novologix, and CRxM
