We are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who can translate complex technical requirements into seamless experiences for attendees and stakeholders alike.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate with AV vendors to ensure high-quality streaming and troubleshooting for hybrid environments
  • Manage 'live day' technical support, ensuring low-latency streams and active engagement tools
  • Build and maintain event dashboards to track KPIs like registration pacing, attendee engagement, and ROI
  • Audit data for accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA)
  • Provide post-event reporting and actionable insights to leadership
  • Lead the deployment of on-site technologies, including badge printing, lead retrieval, and networking apps
  • Manage on-site technical vendors and temporary staff
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any hardware or software troubleshooting during live events

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in event technology, marketing operations, or technical event production
  • Certified or highly proficient in at least one major event management software (EMS)
  • Understanding of API integrations and Zapier workflows
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, excellent project management skills, and a 'customer-first' mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience with video editing or basic graphic design
  • Knowledge of emerging event tech trends (AI-driven matchmaking, AR/VR, or RFID tracking)
  • Professional certification such as DES (Digital Event Strategist) or CMP
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for landing page customization
