Job Description

As a Solutions Marketing Manager at Resmed, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare in sleep, respiratory, and digital health. With a deep understanding of our customer and industry needs, you’ll execute GTM and lifecycle campaign strategies for our mask portfolio, drive content messaging, and help deliver sales enablement programs. You’ll conduct market segmentation and define marketing requirements to lead the strategic planning, messaging, and execution of our mask portfolio marketing initiatives that address the core challenges providers are trying to solve – improving the sleep and breathing health of their patients. Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, evidence-based NPI marketing strategies to promote our mask ecosystem incorporating clinical insights, including KOL engagement, thought leadership, and alignment with evidence generation to support marketing claims
  • Translate complex clinical data into compelling messaging frameworks that resonate with healthcare provider audiences and support product adoption across diagnostic and therapeutic pathways
  • Acquire deep knowledge of our customers' challenges, industry, and use cases, and communicate the benefits and value proposition clearly and compellingly to target audiences
  • Adapt and translate global GTM strategies for North American markets, tailoring for market and sales channel dynamics while considering unique customer segmentation approaches
  • Lead the creation of effective NPI marketing activities in collaboration with ABM, Integrated and Consumer Marketing teams
  • Support the sales enablement strategy and execution, ensuring launch readiness and success
  • Establish key performance indicators for our mask portfolio and relentlessly measure against performance and success, adjusting marketing strategy as necessary
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to create compelling content, marketing resources, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage the marketing budget for our mask portfolio and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media ad platforms, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in healthcare/clinical marketing is highly preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
