Job Description

As we scale our enterprise presence across the Americas, we're seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead our Enterprise technical sales motion in AMER. You'll partner closely with Enterprise Sales leadership to qualify and advance complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities with Fortune 500 and large-scale organizations evaluating Notion as a strategic platform. This includes enterprise-grade integrations, global deployments, and rigorous security, compliance, and governance requirements. This role is pivotal to driving technical wins and measurable impact on pipeline and expansion across the region's largest accounts.

Job Responsibility

  • Grow and mentor an organization of seasoned and high-potential Solutions Engineers serving customers and prospects in the enterprise segment throughout AMER
  • Serve as a key leader within our AMER Leadership team, acting as a close partner and advisor to the Head of Enterprise Sales to drive technical wins across the region's most strategic accounts
  • Work closely with cross-functional leadership in Engineer, Product, Marketing, CX, RevOps, Sales Enablement, and Sales, serving as a key evangelist and thought leader for our customers and influencing our future product roadmap and the way we showcase Notion solutions to our customers
  • Navigate multi-threaded stakeholder environments including IT, Security, Procurement, and executive sponsors
  • Evangelize Notion's platform and AI capabilities and influence our roadmap through clear customer insight from enterprise buyers
  • Lead and scale the AMER Enterprise Solutions Engineering function, including hiring, mentoring, playbooks, and processes
  • Drive AI adoption with real measurable impact, within Notion and our customers

Requirements

  • 5+ years directly growing, managing, inspiring, and mentoring teams of Solutions professionals with a wide range of experience
  • Fluency with rapidly evolving AI technology and its practical applications in enterprise productivity
  • Strong executive presence and customer communication
  • proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives and navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Technical depth in enterprise SaaS integrations, platform architecture, and security (SSO, SCIM, DLP, audit logging), with the ability to explain and apply APIs in complex enterprise workflows
  • Experience leading complex, multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles
  • Project leadership and a growth mindset in fast‑changing environments
  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
