Job Description

The Solution Marketing Manager will plan, develop and launch content and campaigns to drive effective commercialization of new solutions and enable Belden’s commercial teams to accelerate vertical growth. This individual will define and execute marketing launch strategies and develop value-driven messaging that resonates with target audiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and own the launch strategy for new solution introductions, combining established processes with innovative tactics and methods to achieve targets for growth
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts and creative teams to translate technical solution frameworks into compelling customer-facing messaging
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of foundational campaign frameworks, including customer profiles, buyer personas, key messages, unique selling propositions and content strategies
  • Project-manage content development and promotion activities for new solutions from intake to launch, including collateral, digital, communications, sales enablement and campaign assets
  • Plan and develop solution-oriented marketing assets to support global growth initiatives for priority vertical markets
  • Plan and oversee top-of-funnel awareness campaigns to support global growth targets for new and existing solutions and services
  • Partner with growth marketing teams to integrate launches into demand-generation initiatives, align priorities, analyze KPI results and uncover best practices
  • Align with cross-functional stakeholders to measure and report on solution launch effectiveness and ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, or a similar field
  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive measurable results
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Product, Sales, Digital)
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously from conception to completion
  • Experience in product or solution marketing, with a focus on new product/solution introductions preferred
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and value-driven marketing messages
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, measure marketing effectiveness, and report on ROI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
