In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a team of Solution Consultants, ensuring consistent and successful service delivery across engagements. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, align consulting efforts with product capabilities, and champion best practices that elevate our customer experience. Job Responsibility

  • Ensure consistent, efficient, and excellent solution delivery by empowering Solution Consultants in your practice area with product and industry knowledge, skills, and measures
  • Develop, refine, and maintain a delivery framework, methodology content, and best practice tools and templates for your practice area
  • Drive the reliability of consulting efforts and delivery across regions for successful ongoing Services engagements
  • Serve as the primary contact with the Product team to drive alignment and provide bi-directional input and feedback on product and platform capabilities within your practice area
  • Lead a team of Solution Consultants, architects and engineers providing guidance to enhance their thought leadership capabilities across all Solution Consulting resources
  • Collaborate with the Practice leadership to ensure high utilization across the Practice team, effectively balancing project staffing needs to achieve revenue goals and margin targets
  • Develop training and certification programs for new Solution Consultants in your practice area
  • Participate in calls with prospects and existing customers to discuss services opportunities
  • Actively manage staffing requests on an ongoing basis to ensure projects get staffed with the right resources in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Technology Consulting, Sales Enablement or Financial Services with broad scope of understanding and exposure to all sectors
  • Understanding of enterprise SaaS business and implementation models and process
  • Passionate problem solver with the ability to balance both quantitative and qualitative elements to devise an overall solution
  • Ability to understand a client’s business case for purchasing a software platform, consult on solution approach and oversee implementation and delivery of work product
  • Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of data systems and structures
  • Experience with all aspects of the Seismic platform
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, and a solid understanding of Salesforce Object structure a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, with a preference for technical, engineering and CS backgrounds
  • Strong understanding of project management and risk mitigation principles
  • Proficiency in resource planning and team management
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality outcomes while establishing an AI first mindset with the team
  • Strong understanding of integrating software for bidirectional flow of information
