  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years managing managers, 5+ years managing technical teams

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated expertise in mobile application development (Android and/or iOS)
  • Demonstrated understanding of software development best practices, including design, testing, and deployment
  • Proven communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience building and scaling connectivity layers or networking stacks for mobile platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB, and NFC
  • Track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready software in a time-sensitive environment
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with product and design stakeholders
  • Experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent
