Manager - Software Development Engineering (AI/ML)

The Software Manager position exists to lead Innovation and Automation Team in the development and delivery of AI/ML-based tools aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across the department. This role will focus 75% on development and delivery management and 25% on operational oversight, ensuring that our projects align with organizational goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will lead process improvement initiatives, innovation and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization. You will also support the Organization with managing deliverables related to ad hoc internal team management and senior leadership updates, participate in annual budgeting, capital processes, and quality improvement activities for the organization.
