Capital One is seeking a Manager to lead social media strategies for flagship social media accounts. In this role you will set overarching social media account strategies and lead content strategy and execution, from end-to-end. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives with the goal of informing strategic intent and executing social campaigns. They will brief creative teams, provide strategic guidance and guardrails for owned social content, and work with internal partners, as well as legal teams, to ensure we are producing brand-defining social marketing that supports customer needs while delivering on Capital One's strategy and brand standards. You will also be responsible for measuring the results of social media initiatives and applying learnings and recommendations to future content.
Job Responsibility:
Lead social platform strategies and standards for owned enterprise consumer social channels, including overarching strategy development and channel specific strategies
Develop and implement platform best practices, page/handle maintenance, boosting, engagement/community management and channel specific strategies and artifacts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, etc.
Build written organic social strategy recommendations, selling them into brand leadership and line of business partners for social strategies
Develop and oversee the creative marketing process – including writing and presenting creative briefs for always on social media and customer-centric social content, the day-to-day management of internal creative teams and/or external agencies, and provide oversight of creative development to ensure marketing assets are on brand, high quality, unassailable, and delivered on schedule
Drive insights and learnings that influence future campaigns and strategies, optimizing marketing strategies informed by past results and consumer insights
Manage input and approval process with cross-functional stakeholders (internal & external partners, creative team, legal, communications, etc.)
Publish social content supporting the enterprise organic social strategy via Sprinklr and natively

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years of experience in marketing of consumer products and services
At least 3 years of social media marketing experience
At least 3 years of running paid social media campaigns
At least 1 year of experience working with Influencers, and developing and executing creator strategies
Nice to have:
At least 7 years of experience in marketing or advertising with a focus on social or digital
At least 2 years of experience in financial services, digital brand/products, or other highly regulated industry
At least 3 years of experience marketing a large consumer brand
