Job Description:

Figma is looking for a Manager, SMB Sales to join our dynamic team. You’ll consult with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line. You will develop a team of Account Executives responsible for continuing the growth of our product suite. This role will focus on supporting customers using our product in Latin America.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to foster an environment of success
  • Enable the success of the team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through a high velocity inbound and outbound sales motion
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings
  • Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives
  • Interview, hire, and train new team members as we scale the business and company
  • Manage and analyze the performance of your team including accurate forecasting, pipeline generation, and activity metrics

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • 1+ year of velocity sales account executive management experience
  • Experience leading, building, and growing successful, collaborative, and hard-working sales teams
  • Proven track record of leading successful and consistently over-performing sales team
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving fast paced environment
  • A proven track record of developing customer relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required

Nice to have:

  • Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company
  • Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
