Temporal is a paradigm shift in modern application development. As the EMEA & APJ Partnerships lead, you’ll build and own our international partner ecosystem, as well as drive the partner motions and go-to-market with our regional field teams. This is an opportunity to be an early hire on an elite team, build meaningful relationships, and create a lasting impact on a generational, innovative company. This role will be a force multiplier for our EMEA and APJ businesses, driving new business opportunities from our existing partners, as well as scaling the international partner ecosystem.

Job Responsibility:

  • Grow our EMEA and APJ system integrator (SI) ecosystem with a focus on sourcing net new business
  • Maximize pipeline generation from our existing SI partners (primary) and Cloud partners
  • Be a trusted advisor and force multiplier for our EMEA and APJ field teams, working hand-in-hand to execute our partner GTM and motions
  • Develop and execute creative business development plays to drive net new business and consumption acceleration
  • Partner with a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to accelerate SI enablement and project success
  • Operate and execute across business development, direct selling, partner management, and field engagement
  • Evolve our Partner Program to attract top-tier partners, while ensuring their success through optimal onboarding, enablement and GTM programs
  • Serve as the primary advocate for your partners, working closely with our internal teams to drive closed/won partner projects
  • Embed a partner-first mentality within Temporal’s sales organization

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in EMEA/APJ partnerships, alliances, and/or sales
  • Proven track record of building and scaling services partner ecosystems and programs
  • Maniacal attention to detail
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Unwavering commitment to delivering business results
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with and influence cross-functional teams, primarily sales
