Job Description:

As a Manager in Home & Living, you'll lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centred support for people with disabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high-quality disability services
Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to build a motivated, high-performing team
Manage budgets, rosters and team performance to meet strategic priorities
Champion human rights and person-centred practices in all aspects of service delivery
Coordinate multiple systems and processes to ensure operational success

Requirements:

At least five years' experience in a middle management role, ideally within disability services
Relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Diploma in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Individual Support or Business Management, or equivalent
A strong commitment to human rights and delivering outstanding customer service
Skilled in mentoring, coaching and developing high-performing teams
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire others
Empathy, compassion and a genuine understanding of diverse perspectives
A collaborative approach and a natural ability to bring out the best in people
