Job Responsibility:
Team leadership
provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
operational excellence including budgets, rosters, and performance management
champion human rights-based, person-centred practices
coordinate and communicate effectively to support team success.
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a Diploma in Individual Support, Cert IV in Individual Support/Business Management
experience in a middle management role, or significant direct disability support experience
strong passion for human rights, outstanding customer service, and leadership
exceptional communication skills
ability to mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
