Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a Diploma in Individual Support, Cert IV in Individual Support/Business Management
  • experience in a middle management role, or significant direct disability support experience
  • strong passion for human rights, outstanding customer service, and leadership
  • exceptional communication skills
  • ability to mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
