As Manager, SEO Marketing for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organic growth of Airwallex’s web presence across the region. You’ll work cross-functionally with Corpsite, Content, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver measurable business impact through technical SEO, content optimization, and international expansion. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll directly influence both the technical and content aspects of our website, ensuring best-in-class SEO performance in a rapidly evolving search landscape.
Job Responsibility:
Support the website’s organic growth targets in partnership with Corpsite and Content teams
Evangelize SEO best practices across the organization
Liaise with engineers to execute technical SEO recommendations
Provide hands-on SEO recommendations and implement changes directly within the CMS platform
Lead content optimization efforts
Develop and implement strategies to enhance E-E-A-T for YMYL content
Drive international SEO initiatives to expand organic reach in key EMEA markets
Analyze and report on SEO performance
Stay ahead of industry trends
Contribute to cross-functional training and documentation to raise SEO literacy
Requirements:
4+ years of SEO experience
At least 2 years in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments
Proven track record of driving organic revenue and measurable business outcomes
Strong understanding of international SEO, technical SEO, and B2B marketing
Demonstrated ability to measure all aspects of SEO performance and turn data into insights and actions
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment
Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
Deep understanding of E-E-A-T within YMYL verticals and the impact of online copywriting on SEO
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and report to stakeholders at all levels
Nice to have:
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS
Familiarity with AEO/GEO tactics for AI Search
Strong data analysis and storytelling skills
Experience with content marketing, link building, and international site launches
Good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs
