Oversee assigned client portfolios, making active investment decisions with guidance from leadership. Strive to outperform benchmarks and competitors to meet specific client return targets. Guarantee that all trades and strategies adhere to the Capital Market Services Act 2007, internal policies, and individual client mandates. Create, execute, and monitor clear investment strategies while managing corporate actions like rights or bonus issues. Lead research for specific industries and generate actionable investment ideas. Conduct at least 20 company visits or analyst briefings and produce a minimum of 6 formal research reports annually. Supervise junior team members by reviewing their reports and acting as a career mentor for designated analysts. Execute security trades diligently to secure the best possible pricing and volume. Represent the firm by presenting investment insights to current and prospective clients. Assist senior leadership in creating investment proposals and developing new financial products.
