Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research on competitive leasing trends within the geographical and catchment areas
  • Oversee the full leasing process, including planning, tenant sourcing, negotiations, administration, deal closure, and budget forecasting, with a focus on maximizing rental income, occupancy, and profitability by attracting desirable tenants (including long-term, short-term, specialty tenants, kiosks, and seasonal tenants)
  • Source new, suitable tenants that align with the tenant mix plan, thinking creatively to introduce unique and high-quality brands
  • Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, agents, business partners, and other key contacts
  • Oversee lease agreement negotiations and execution, ensuring compliance with legal standards and protecting the landlord's interests
  • Collaborate with legal teams to draft standard tenancy agreements, including landlord and tenant provisions, house rules, and fit-out guidelines

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in mall leasing, with a proven track record of successfully securing tenants and driving leasing initiatives
  • Driven, ambitious, and assertive, with a strong sense of initiative
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities
