Job Description

As the SAP Change Enablement Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing the change enablement processes that support Belden's global SAP implementation. You will ensure that SAP process and system changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and integrated, with a focus on business continuity and maximizing value.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement SAP change enablement strategies in the areas of change leadership, communications & engagement, change impacts, training, and change effectiveness
  • Mentor a team of SAP change enablement professionals, provide education and coaching to Belden on change capability and leadership to enable change adoption
  • Collaborate with program leadership, workstream leads, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful change enablement outcomes
  • Use technology, data, and feedback to make informed adjustments to change enablement approach and plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • At least five (5) years of proven experience in change enablement, with a focus on SAP implementations and global transformations preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior leaders and third-party consultants
  • Ability to work with a remote team & in a global environment
