Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our sample preparation team at Wingfield, Adelaide. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for the overall performance of day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production objectives are consistently achieved in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • A collaborative yet decisive leadership style with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
