Manager - Sales (South - OEM) at Bolt.Earth. Bolt.Earth is India's largest vertically integrated P2P electric vehicle (EV) charging network. The role involves managing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence in the EV market.
Job Responsibility
Build and manage relationships with EV OEMs across the South region
Identify and drive partnership opportunities for charger integration, bundling, and charging ecosystem expansion
Own the complete OEM sales lifecycle, including prospecting, commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and onboarding
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM accounts and ensure long-term relationship management
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Deployment, and Marketing teams to deliver partnership commitments
Drive revenue growth through strategic OEM partnerships and channel collaborations
Track market trends, competitor activities, and OEM requirements within the EV ecosystem
Prepare business forecasts, partnership pipelines, and regular account performance reports
Represent Bolt.Earth at industry events, EV expos, and OEM stakeholder meetings
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in OEM Sales, Key Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales
Prior experience working with automotive OEMs, EV companies, charging infrastructure providers, mobility platforms, or adjacent industries is highly preferred
Strong understanding of the EV ecosystem, charging infrastructure, and mobility landscape
Proven experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise-level stakeholder relationships
Strong commercial negotiation and account management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
Willingness to travel extensively across the South region
