Job Description

The team is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen and evolve our sales enablement framework. This includes defining and codifying sales motions, driving revenue acceleration through sales plays (targeted sales campaigns) and contributing strategy development. The role involves collaborating and managing across a wide range of teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, I&E Systems and Insights and others to drive targeted and contextually relevant enablement across the sales processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and prioritize opportunities for new sales plays
  • Design, build, and execute sales plays quickly using an agile approach
  • Coordinate key tasks for sales play execution
  • Align with B2B Marketing, Sales, and Product stakeholders on priorities
  • Convert seller needs into process improvements and implement plans
  • Document best practices in a playbook for ongoing use
  • Support implementation and management of sales tools and technologies
  • Establish tracking for process improvements and monitor pipeline, forecast accuracy, and collateral usage
  • Measure sales performance against KPIs from lead to close
  • Develop materials to communicate progress to Executive Services leadership
  • Foster collaboration within Sales Enablement and across Mastercard teams
