Reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will support the development of and drive the implementation of global revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives, as well as long-range strategic plans for our SME and Enterprise business units across both FinOS & Airwallex for Platform propositions.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze Commercial Performance - Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making
Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives - Identify, design, and operationalize high-impact “big bets” to accelerate revenue growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets
Design Commercial Incentives - Develop and continuously refine best-in-class sales incentive structures to drive desired commercial behaviors and maximize ROI on sales investments
AI-Driven Commercial Transformation - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define and implement AI use cases that improve sales productivity, lead conversion, and decision intelligence
Cross-Functional Leadership - Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy
Strategic Planning & Forecasting - Support annual and quarterly planning processes by providing analytical rigor, scenario modeling, and insight-backed recommendations
Performance Monitoring - Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
MBA preferred
Minimally 4 years of experience and proven track record of success in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the Fintech industry
Significant experience in management consulting, ideally from a globally recognized firm
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focusing on driving business results
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred
