The Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations, is a pivotal role within our North American SME Sales team, driving go-to-market strategies for our US and Canada businesses. We're seeking a self-motivated individual who will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to implement high-impact initiatives that accelerate our revenue growth. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Lead go-to-market strategy: Identify, prioritize, and size key verticals to ensure optimal product-market fit in emerging market
Drive GTM experiments: Leverage data and business acumen to conduct experiments that enhance revenue efficiency
Identify product needs: Conduct research to gather customer feedback and drive stronger product-market fit in our core market
Project manage: Own projects from start to finish, collaborating with local and international cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives
Influence and collaborate: Serve as a strategic business partner to commercial teams and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives
Requirements:
5 years of experience, preferably in top-tier strategy/management consulting
Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively connecting with people at all levels and conveying project expectations
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can navigate ambiguity and change
Strong problem-solving skills, able to address challenges with limited oversight
A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization and globally
Ambitious and excited to contribute to Airwallex's growth in various geographies and product lines
