Job Description

We’re hiring a Manager, Revenue Operations based in Hong Kong to build and scale the commercial operations backbone for our North Asia (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan) go-to-market teams. You will be a strategic partner to Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success—designing the operating model, implementing systems and tooling, and delivering the analytics and insights that drive pipeline, productivity, and revenue outcomes. This is a high-impact position, directly contributing to the company’s growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyse key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline health, win rates, churn) and recommend strategies to address gaps
  • Drive annual and quarterly planning (capacity models, quotas/targets, coverage models, OKRs) and run the operating rhythm (business reviews, forecasting, insights-to-action)
  • Collaborate on strategic projects such as territory planning, forecasting, and operational scaling
  • Lead critical sales processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution
  • Support the development and maintenance of operational and financial models, including revenue forecasting, commission & KPI design, and performance tracking
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging AI-driven tooling to achieve transformative improvements in how our commercial organisation operates

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or a commercial role
  • Demonstrated ability to design/optimize GTM processes and translate strategic objectives into operating models, targets, and measurable outcomes
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical toolkit and business acumen
  • comfort with funnel analytics, forecasting, and productivity modeling
  • experience partnering with Data/BI to build dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data modelling and working with data reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in a startup or scale-up
  • Fluent English required

Nice to have

  • familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for stakeholder engagement across the region
