Working in the dynamic environment of Four Seasons global headquarters, the Manager, Retail Marketing will be an integral member of the broader Marketing team for one of the world’s leading luxury hospitality brands. This role will have specific oversight over Retail marketing, promoting both Four Seasons Online Retail (shop.fourseasons.com), including paid, owned and earned channels, as well as promoting brand-led retail programs on property through marketing tools and collateral. This key position is accountable for setting and executing high performing marketing strategies that drive revenue and equity for the Retail business.
Job Responsibility:
Develop innovative retail marketing strategies
Create and execute a multi-year marketing plan across all marketing channels
Seek out holistic marketing opportunities
Explore and evaluate new marketing channels
Work with the broader Retail team to define customer acquisition and retention goals
Lead the overall marketing calendar development and execution of all tactics
Lead development of integrated campaign briefs, creative briefs and media briefs
Lead development of seasonal campaigns
Conduct analysis on competitive and industry marketing campaigns
Leverage performance insights to drive marketing recommendations
Lead the marketing budget
Develop performance reports with insights and action plans
Adhere to the Retail marketing budget
Partner closely with cross-functional SMEs
Manage and collaborate with marketing agency partners
Collaborate with our FourSeasons.com digital team
Requirements:
College or University degree, preferably in a business or marketing program
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a consumer marketing role
Experience with luxury / global retail brands an asset
Ecommerce experience preferred
Strong marketing and business acumen
Forward thinking with an eye on innovative strategies
Digitally savvy, with experience in acquisition through various digital and social channels
Strong communication and elevated presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, leading and prioritizing tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Shopify
Strong skills in a PC and Mac environment including: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign an asset
Adept at learning new applications
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to bring together, coordinate and lead a process within a matrix structure
Highly results-oriented
Excellent project management skills
Ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and procedures
