At its core, this is a business-critical role with people at the center. The Manager, Resource Management sits at the intersection of IGS’s business priorities and its people—ensuring consultants are thoughtfully staffed, workloads are sustainable, and individual skills, growth, and wellbeing are balanced with client commitments and firm priorities. Partnering closely with Consulting Partners, Finance, and HR, this role helps to shape how work is staffed and delivered across the firm. It requires a deep understanding of IGS’s business, service offerings, and the skills and capabilities of the consulting team to make thoughtful, best-fit staffing decisions and anticipate evolving resource needs. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys building strong relationships across the firm, applying sound judgment, and serving as a trusted thought partner.
