Job Responsibility

  • Manage and collaborate with Engineering and Delivery leadership to fulfil resource requirements effectively and efficiently
  • Manage documentation of the resources shared with the team via online database
  • Keep the management updated on overall status of resourcing requests and any related challenges
  • Acting as the focal point for all resourcing related queries
  • Keep track of resources being released from projects and assist in next allocations
  • Set and manage internal stakeholder expectation
  • being aware of potential issues that require proactive communication
  • Consult with the management and provide monthly updates
  • Stay updated on the ongoing and upcoming resourcing requirements
  • Derive the team towards best utilization of resources and be able to fit the best resource matching the best opportunity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences
  • At least 7+ years of working experience with exposure in technical recruitment, forming software project teams, and training
  • Experience working with multiple project teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in organizing and managing a large pool of resources
  • Must be able to multi-task and be able to deal well with pressure
  • Have an understanding of various technology stacks
  • Must have extensive team management skills
  • Prior Software Development experience would be an added advantage

  • Develop and maintain tax policies and procedures in collaboration with tax partners, including workflows and Access Tax processes.
  • Manage the Form 8879 signature process to ensure all required client signatures are received, tracked, and maintained in compliance with firm policies and procedures.
  • Oversee resource management activities, including onboarding new employees, assessing skill sets, and assigning appropriate tax engagements and workloads.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding by reviewing current assignments, reallocating work as needed, and communicating staffing or replacement hiring needs when internal coverage is unavailable.
  • Collaborate with the attest team to coordinate staffing resources and support employees who work across both tax and attest functions.
  • Partner with the tax team to organize and coordinate CCH training initiatives and ongoing staff development.

  • Manage SafeSend delivery and CCH Workflow (XCM) task management and reporting.
