Job Description:

The Manager, Reporting and Analysis supports the US & Canada Commercial Analytics organization by delivering standardized, repeatable reporting and data‑driven insights that improve decision making across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management. The Manager is responsible for maintaining and evolving core reporting assets while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance to business priorities. This role goes beyond report production to focus on enabling better commercial decisions through insight generation, interpretation of performance trends, and continuous improvement of how data is used across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and evolve standardized commercial reporting to support performance monitoring and decision making across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management
  • Develop and enhance reporting and analytical assets that provide clear, consistent views of commercial performance
  • Ensure reporting solutions are accurate, reliable, and aligned to agreed‑upon business definitions and metrics
  • Interpret reported results by identifying trends, drivers, and implications for commercial performance
  • Perform exploratory and ad‑hoc analyses to supplement standard reporting and address emerging business questions
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to deepen understanding of performance and support data‑driven decisions
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions
  • Provide context, explanation, and follow‑up analysis to support effective use of reporting and insights
  • Represent the Reporting and Analysis team in meetings and working sessions with business partners as needed
  • Develop, optimize, and validate data queries and workflows to support reporting and analysis
  • Use analytical tools and programming languages to support data preparation, automation, and insight delivery
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and integrity of data used in reporting and analysis
  • Document reporting logic, data sources, assumptions, and methodologies to support transparency and continuity
  • Align reporting outputs to established data governance standards and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting effectiveness, scalability, and how insights are delivered across the organization
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of the US & Canada Commercial Analytics organization

Requirements:

  • 4‑year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, analytics, or a quantitative discipline (finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, etc.)
  • 3+ years’ experience in analytics, reporting, or a related professional area
  • Strong data analysis skills, including querying and manipulation of large datasets using SQL
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting standardized reporting using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting and analysis deliverables independently
  • Ability to communicate data definitions, assumptions, and insights clearly to business partners
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships across commercial and analytics teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience using Python for data preparation, automation, and analytical workflows
  • Familiarity with statistical and modeling techniques
  • Experience working with sales, marketing, or revenue management data in a commercial environment
