Job Description

The Manager – Reporting and Analysis supports the US and Canada Commercial Services organization by developing and delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven solutions that improve understanding of performance across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management. This role primarily functions as an individual contributor, focusing on building, maintaining, and enhancing analytical assets and data processes. The Manager works closely with the Topline Analytics team to execute against defined priorities, translating business needs into scalable analytical workflows and outputs. The position emphasizes strong technical execution, including SQL, Python, and statistical or machine learning techniques, to support a range of use cases such as performance analysis, benchmarking, and predictive modeling.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and evolve standardized commercial reporting to support performance monitoring and decision making across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management
  • Develop and enhance reporting and analytical assets that provide clear, consistent views of commercial performance
  • Ensure reporting solutions are accurate, reliable, and aligned to agreed‑upon business definitions and metrics
  • Design and maintain data pipelines and analytical workflows using SQL and Python
  • Apply machine learning or statistical modeling techniques (e.g., clustering, segmentation, predictive modeling) to enhance analytical outputs
  • Manage and transform data within Snowflake and other data environments to support scalable analytics
  • Automate recurring processes to improve efficiency of data preparation, reporting, and analysis
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all deliverables
  • Partner with commercial services stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions
  • Work closely with members of the Topline Analytics, data strategy, and reporting teams to execute against shared priorities
  • Support implementation of analytical approaches defined by team leadership
  • Assist in troubleshooting data issues and improving existing processes and workflows
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • 4‑year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, analytics, or a quantitative discipline (finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, etc.) and 3+ years’ experience in analytics, reporting, or a related professional area
  • Experience using Python for data processing, automation, and analytical workflows
  • Familiarity with statistical methods, machine learning techniques, or predictive modeling approaches
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience working within Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in quantitative or analytical discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience working with sales, marketing, or revenue management data in a commercial environment
