Job Description:

The Compliance function is a Second line of defence (LOD) function, responsible for reviewing and challenging the activities of the businesses to ensure that they effectively manage Compliance risks inherent in or arising from the conduct of their activities and for which they are responsible. The Compliance function is a Risk steward for a number of non-financial risks in accordance with the Bank’s risk framework. The role involves driving strategic regulatory initiatives, ensuring governance, oversight, and alignment with global standards.

Job Responsibility:

Support execution of Regulatory Compliance strategies with a focus on risk mitigation and business impact
Maintain oversight of regulatory risk and ensure effective reporting to governance bodies
Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to evaluate the effectiveness of the regulatory compliance framework
Manage and communicate the regulatory risk view across governance meetings and committees
Maintain and enhance the compliance risk taxonomy within the operational risk framework
Oversee risk appetite reporting, providing in-depth analysis and insights to senior leadership
Contribute to the development and implementation of the risk appetite framework, supporting countries and business lines
Effectively manage and mitigate non-financial risk

Requirements:

Indonesia Citizen only
Proven experience driving significant change initiatives
Strong operational risk management capabilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities with sound judgment under pressure
Strategic, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including executive-level engagement
A track record of developing effective, practical solutions to complex global challenges
