Job Description:

This role will be responsible for driving the implementation of provider organization strategic initiatives in Hong Kong, with a focus on optimizing key partner relationships, monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives, and delivering measurable results against KPIs. This role will play a critical part in advancing provider utilization management for cost effectiveness, supporting commercial engagements for new business growth, and collaborating on product development to enhance guidance for clients and customers. The position is distinct from day-to-day operational contract renewals, provider information management, and business continuity activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the execution of provider organization strategic initiatives in APAC with a focus in Hong Kong, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities and 2026–2028 strategy
  • Manage and optimize relationships with key strategic vendors and partners, ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, including delivery of results and achievement of KPIs related to provider performance, cost management, and network optimization
  • Oversee utilization management (member and provider) to drive cost effectiveness and value-based outcomes across the network
  • Collaborate with commercial and business stakeholders to identify and implement new initiatives for growth and acceleration in APAC region
  • Support product development teams to incorporate provider guidance components that enhance client and customer experience
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on strategic initiatives, market trends, and competitive landscape in APAC
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with internal governance, operational excellence, and data analytics standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
  • advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in provider network management, healthcare strategy, or related roles, ideally within the Hong Kong or APAC healthcare market
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic initiative implementation, vendor/partner management, and performance monitoring
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
