Manager, Project Valuation

• Lead the development and execution of advanced financial models to evaluate power generation and transmission projects, including pro-forma analysis, sensitivities, and capital structuring decisions
• Provide short, medium, and long-term market and project financial outlooks to support investment, financing, and strategic decision-making
• Support project finance activities across development and construction, driving the process from internal approvals through solicitation, diligence, and transaction close
• Play a key role in debt and equity financings by supporting financing strategies, conducting market analysis, and assessing risk/opportunity across capital sources
• Prepare and manage high-impact financial presentations and virtual data rooms, ensuring accuracy, organization, and investor-ready materials

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with a solid understanding of project finance, debt/equity structures, and energy economics
• Required experience with tax equity and partnership taxation within renewable or infrastructure projects
• Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Collaborative, hands-on self-starter who thrives in a small team environment and can communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Curious, adaptable, and willing to relocate to St. Augustine, FL, with the potential to grow into senior leadership over time
