Manager - Project TBM Interface

The Project TBMs Interface Manager is responsible for planning and coordinate interfaces between the Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs), ensuring safe and efficient operations that meet Project requirements. Reporting directly to the Senior Construction Director this role manages the full scope of TBMs planning, Identifying, assessing, and resolving interface risks or conflicts that may impact TBMs progress, safety, or production and client interactions. Key responsibilities also include leading workforce management activities such as interviewing and hiring, coordinating internal stakeholder and client meetings, and supporting formal project communications related to TBM operations. This role is also responsible o review and optimize resources and cost across all the TBMs.
