Job Responsibility:
Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects and peers
Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver Drives innovation in process and execution across our portfolio
Creates executive-ready presentations and materials
Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships, providing strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive client success
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments and client satisfaction
Demonstrating exceptional influencing skills to effectively guide client and program efforts
Exhibiting a proven track record of excellent relationship management, with the ability to quickly establish structure to manage client engagements in a dynamic, complex environment

Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
7+ years of Project Management experience
3+ years of People Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
