The Manager of Project Management in the Small Business Bank(SBB) is responsible for the execution of the Small Business Bank’s governance, well-managed, and goal setting routines. This role ensures that SBB Leadership remains informed through well-managed business reviews and that the SBB’s OKR (Objectives and Key Results) are accurately tracked and maintained. This role will interface with senior leaders and teams across a variety of functional areas within and outside of the Small Business Bank.
Job Responsibility:
Lead monthly and quarterly business routines by collecting data, status updates, and talking points from across the organization for MBRs, QBRs, and Regulatory Updates
Package and finalize reporting decks for the SBB leadership team, ensuring high quality and consistency across all submissions
Support the annual OKR development process in collaboration with the SBB Leadership team
Partner with the Retail Bank PMO to ensure SBB stays aligned with broader enterprise best practices
Manage monthly OKR collection process
Act as the go-to resource for OKR Owners and Responsible Associates and provide guidance navigating off-cycle changes
Serve as a core member of the SBB Intake Working Group to evaluate and prioritize new business initiatives
Review incoming intake forms for completeness, ensuring that scope, "Definition of Done," and resource requirements are clearly defined before moving to leadership
Prepare intake data for leadership review sessions, enabling leadership to make informed decisions regarding capacity, trade-offs, and strategic alignment
Maintain and oversee SBB PMO playbook of templates used for all top of house level programs
Keep the PMO team confluence page up to date
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff support roles
At least 1 year of experience managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) or similar performance-tracking methodologies (Key Performance Indicators(KPIs), Balanced Scorecards)
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to influence key outcomes for the business
Maintain acute attention to detail, exceptional organization, and rigorous commitment to quality in all aspects
Identify risks and issues proactively, and apply sound judgment to mitigate and/or escalate
Results driven

Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
Strong problem solving skills
3+ years of Experience with Intake and Prioritization frameworks (assessing business cases or project requests)
3+ years of experience with working in an ambiguous environment, specifically the ability to take raw updates from various teams and synthesize them into a cohesive narrative
Certification in Project Management (CAPM/PMP) or specialized training in Objectives and Key Results (OKR) coaching
