Providing superior customer service, we assist financial institutions and Processors in implementing first class industry products to facilitate transactions with their customers. As a Manager, Project Manager on our team, you will manage diverse customer projects from initiation to completion, providing product knowledge and high-quality project management practices. You will be considered the “Quarterback” that connects stakeholders and technical experts to align on requirements and timelines. Leveraging cross-functional teams, you will have knowledgeable professionals for collaboration and quick problem solving. Additionally, you will provide leadership as an inspiring people manager, dedicated to guiding and mentoring team members to accelerate their professional development and drive superior team results.
Job Responsibility
Work on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company
Drive projects based on defined priorities
ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met
identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
Act as a dedicated people leader, coaching and mentoring team members to foster their professional development and elevate overall team performance
Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery
Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 6 Years of Project Management experience
At least 2 years of people manager experience
Nice to have
Masters or MBA degree
7+ years of Project Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Experience working in Financial Services
Experience working in Sharepoint, Smart sheets, Excel, or Google Sheets
Work experience achieving results with complex projects
