We are seeking an agile and strategic Manager, Product Strategy and Design, Payor Solutions to join our Product team to lead and shape the future of our patient-facing digital health products for health plans and employers. As a Manager, you will be responsible for designing and managing the delivery of patient care products across digital and non-digital CVS Health assets. You will collaborate with other Product teams, Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Data Science, Medical Affairs, Legal, and others to design and manage highly scaled products across our digital, pharmacy, and care delivery assets. You will work with data to understand how the product is performing and design and deliver enhancements that drive strong clinical outcomes, product engagement, and improve patient experience. In this role you will be responsible unpack complex opportunities, quantify and prioritize them through business case development, and lead groups of diverse stakeholders to deliver on your objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently leading dozens of partners across Product, Operations, Medical Affairs, Legal, Sales, Account Management, Data Science & Engineering, IT, Client Analytics to structure and execute on new product designs and enhancements
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to commercialize our products and communicate product performance and our product roadmap
  • Build business cases to justify and prioritize product enhancements and design a measurement strategy to measure their impact
  • Define longitudinal patient journeys that meet engagement and clinical outcomes, write requirements, and then partner with Operations and Technical stakeholders to bring these experiences to life
  • Evaluate KPI and SLA performance, measuring product efficacy to formulate and subsequently deliver upon quality improvement plans
  • Leverage data-driven insights and a deep understanding of patient and client needs and market dynamics to identify and prioritize enhancements
  • Conducting deep dive quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement

Requirements:

  • 5 + years of experience in product management/development, product operations & strategy, or product management within the healthcare space preferably at a health tech, tech-enabled provider, or Payor/PBM organization
  • 5 + years of experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing work based on impact and team priorities
  • 3+ years of experience developing analyses, presentations, and support materials to successfully drive product strategy decisions and deliver operational process change
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic thinking including quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 2 + years of making informed, data-driven decisions, with a strong emphasis on translating data insights into actionable strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree required
