Job Description

We are seeking a Manager to lead the Product Quality and Experience (PQX) Programs team within Meta's Global Experience (GX) organization. This team drives the programs, tools, and processes that ensure product quality for users across languages and markets worldwide. The Manager will own a portfolio spanning vendor engagement and operations, in-market testing (functional, payments, and market readiness), access management, and AI-driven quality automation. This role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of AI and product quality, guiding the team through Meta's shift to AI-native workflows while maintaining rigor in program execution and vendor operations at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of 6-9 program managers responsible for Product Quality and Experience programs, including quality automation, vendor engagement and access management, in-market functional testing and insights
  • Drive the Product Quality and Experience rhythm of business, including planning cycles, goal-setting, roadmap execution, program reviews, and reporting to leadership
  • Partner with QA Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to design and execute programs and solutions that deliver measurable improvements to product quality for non-English language users
  • Lead adoption of AI and automation across quality programs, identifying opportunities to replace manual testing workflows with AI-native and agentic approaches, guiding the team on evaluating and piloting agentic solutions
  • Define and manage program metrics, including quality signals, operational efficiency, and budget/ROI tracking, using data to inform decisions and communicate progress to leadership
  • Ensure compliance across all program areas, including vendor access policies, contingent workforce regulations, and documentation standards
  • Manage team performance, career development, and hiring to build and retain a team that expects and embraces change while delivering on multiple key programs across different business groups and stakeholders
  • Participate in cross-team initiatives, including collaboration with Internationalization Programs on shared testing strategy and the broader PQX Circle on quality roadmap alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or 4+ years equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or product quality operations
  • 3+ years of experience in people management, including managing individual contributors and developing talent
  • Experience building or operating programs that apply AI or automation to testing, quality assurance, or operational workflows
  • Experience managing vendor or contractor programs at scale, including vendor operations, compliance, and cost management
  • Experience partnering with engineering and product teams to define and deliver programs that achieve business outcomes
  • Experience with data analysis to inform program decisions and communicate impact to leadership

  • Experience with internationalization, localization, or global product operations
