We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Servicing and Payments Product team in Capital One Small Business Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for reimagining the servicing and payment experiences for small business associates.
Job Responsibility:
Define, build, and accelerate experiences for front line & back office associates that enable us to serve small business customers quickly and in a well-managed way
Lead a high-impact, associate product team, co-creating a vision for the future, gaining broad stakeholder alignment, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value
Define clear and actionable problem statements to help teams deliver results
Leverage customer insights to influence priorities and roadmap feature development
Own and prioritize the product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes
Understand and leverage technology and end-state architecture vision to partner with the technology team to drive comprehensive design decisions
Share business strategy and roadmap with Tech partners
Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies alongside Tech Lead
Develop and champion a bold vision that drives meaningful outcomes
Build frameworks for complex decision making
Develop and communicate a 6-month vision to senior stakeholders and partner teams
Contribute to team culture and recruiting by leading activities to attract and retain top talent and mentoring and developing junior product associates
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
