Capital One’s Enterprise Payments team is defining the roadmap that will enable the bank’s overall digital payments strategy, modernizing existing payment types and introducing the latest innovations. As a Data Product Manager on the Enterprise Payment Product team, you will own the vision, strategy and development of data capabilities that power our payment rails and platforms across the enterprise – spanning ACH, Wire, RTP, Debit Acceptance, and Check rails.
Job Responsibility:
Own the vision, strategy and development of data capabilities that power our payment rails and platforms across the enterprise
Work cross-functionally with technology, data strategy, data science, operations and business partners across lines of business to deliver scalable and insightful data products
Define and own the core payment data logic, connecting complex systems, mapping end-to-end data flows, and establishing trusted, high-quality data assets that accurately reflect money movements and events across the enterprise
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Nice to have:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
