Job Responsibility

  • Lead a large cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle
  • Work closely with a team of product managers while partnering with designers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to leverage various AI capabilities to deliver customer-facing solutions
  • Help to shape the product strategy and deliver innovative experiences
  • Identify and resolve complex problems, delivering intuitive solutions that improve both the associate and customer experience
  • Educate and advocate for next-generation solutions with senior leaders

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Experience managing an AI solution in the market
