Job Responsibility
Lead a large cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle
Work closely with a team of product managers while partnering with designers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to leverage various AI capabilities to deliver customer-facing solutions
Help to shape the product strategy and deliver innovative experiences
Identify and resolve complex problems, delivering intuitive solutions that improve both the associate and customer experience
Educate and advocate for next-generation solutions with senior leaders
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Nice to have
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Experience managing an AI solution in the market
