The Nordic Product Development team is looking for an experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for driving and enhancing our portfolio of account-based B2B and B2C products. The ideal candidate has a drive for product build and delivery and is passionate about innovating next-gen payment products.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with our well-established brands, enhancing our existing product portfolio and scaling the next wave of account-based payment solutions
  • Create and translate business process and end-user flows into features and functional requirements and drive them forward towards build and deployment together with your team
  • Ensure business requirements and deliveries are clearly reflected in your team backlog as well as aligned across domains
  • Drive your own product delivery team with timely business clarifications, feature creation and prioritization
  • Participate in Scrum and Big Room Planning events (PI Planning)
  • Have ownership of the end-to-end product delivery pipeline in close alignment with your Product Manager colleagues while driving your own dedicated team

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work on own initiative and deliver results
  • Experience with designing end-to-end process flows from early concepts through design, build, testing, deployment and delivery
  • Experience working closely, as Product Owner, with developers and solution architects and ability to help drive consensus amongst differing viewpoints
  • Good understanding of account-based payments and enabling schemes and integrations towards ERP systems
  • Be inclusive and communicative to all stakeholders and colleagues
  • Experience from fintech, open banking, bank APIs, ERP integrations or accounting software environments
  • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash value chains
  • Track record of scaling partner-based products across multiple markets
  • Great presentation and story-telling skills and experience presenting product designs and explaining decisions to stakeholders and clients to get alignment and buy-in
  • Have a structured mindset and the ability and interest for understanding the technical side of our products and combining it with your business acumen
  • Besides being proficient in English, it is an advantage if you also speak a Scandinavian language
