The Services Business represents over a third of Mastercard revenues and is a key differentiator for Mastercard. Services uses our unique and proprietary data, technology, insights and expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Services is critical for the sustained, long-term growth of Mastercard. Within the Services organization, this role supports the Business & Markets Insights (B&MI) organization in Europe. The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Data, Analytics and AI, Business Experimentation and Enterprise & Credit Risk. This team is accountable for ensuring Europe portfolio growth through thoughtful product road mapping, influencing product development, and partnering with our sales and Client Services teams to bring value added solutions to market.
Job Responsibility
Assist with the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our suite of solutions
Deliver on go to market strategy by working with product teams to ensure product readiness, and with markets to ensure opportunity generation
Create and implement strategies to assist with growing EBI solutions by addressing customer needs
Establish cross functional collaboration across EBI, Business & Market Insights, Regional Services team and the broader organization to execute on key strategies
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and make actionable recommendations, especially supporting sales team with identifying cross-selling/upselling opportunities
Bundle services to ensure value maximization
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities. Leverage these insights to contribute to product narratives, product roadmap discussions and strategic decision-making
Develop and implement plans to enhance operational effectiveness
Monitor and analyse customer feedback to inform enhancements and strategies
