Job Responsibility:
Help lead our international and global expansion HR product management efforts by owning and designing the product roadmap across our highest priority global HR experiences and capabilities
Help define our Global Enterprise standards for Candidate and Associate experiences and lead the system and change management efforts to align our global geographies to this standard
Garner an understanding of global Data Privacy & Protection regulations to drive processes that help us better govern our data and aspire to being 100% well-managed
Partner closely with our Workday platform tech team while leading agile ceremonies, JIRA management, and providing clear product requirements and priorities to ensure successful execution
Foster coordination and alignment with other product teams and connecting touchpoints up and downstream to establish a cohesive strategy for our candidates, associates, and recruiters across our global regions
Own and manage relationships with global HR partners to establish priorities and define requirements, serving as the main point of contact for international HR teams
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
