Join Tripleseat as a Manager of Product Management, where you will not only lead and develop a high-performing team but also play a key role in shaping our product roadmap and guiding our next wave of product growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Help lead and mentor a team of product professionals, providing guidance on product roadmap development and execution
  • Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the product development teams
  • Support overall team health by driving operational discipline, workflow consistency, and the effective use of our product tech stack to meet team KPIs
  • Oversee and guide product teams in the creation and management of the product roadmap
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making processes related to the evolution of the product roadmap
  • Help PMs establish meaningful success metrics and support lightweight data analysis to inform prioritization and performance tracking
  • Serve as a strategic liaison across engineering, sales, marketing, support, and customer success to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives
  • Support GTM motion by helping coordinate cross-functional agendas, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring teams are prepared for launches
  • Maintain and optimize the product tech stack (Aha, Pendo, etc.) to improve visibility, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Oversee key stages of the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring teams deliver customer value efficiently and predictably
  • Strengthen UAT, release validation, and quality processes through close partnership with Product Analysts and QA
  • Identify and operationalize ways AI can streamline product workflows, improve execution efficiency, and support data-informed decision-making
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and partner with cross-functional teams to drive responsible adoption that improves velocity and quality
  • Ensure product documentation, internal training, and external enablement materials are accurate, up to date, and effective
  • Partner with PMs and GTM to ensure product changes and launches are fully understood, operationalized, and adopted across the organization
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product development in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and cross-functional decision-making skills
  • Experience managing and developing product teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understanding of agile development processes and effective partnership with engineering
  • Plus: experience with product tooling (Aha, Jira, Pendo) and comfort working with data and success metrics
