While formal on-the-job experience with Al is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated Al into their personal projects, explored Al-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using Al agents. Show us how you've used Al to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.

Job Responsibility

Drive long-term technical improvements, create PRDs for destination builds, test and learn into using Alternative Data (ADS) (e.g., Finicity, SBFE) to underwrite customers, and refine the roadmap for long-term scaling
Work with operations and tech teams to implement intent across various enterprise platforms, ensuring the core product meets our requirements
Lead the product POV for network and community/CDFI partnerships, including referral logic, data sharing agreements, and prioritizing improvements based on partner feedback
Develop and scale strategy for financial health, resources and support tools, servicing, and loss mitigation, ensuring alignment between COF and partner support models
Define and monitor product KPIs, manage E2E testing strategies, and ensure the product remains well-managed regarding risk

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
