We are looking for a commercially and analytically strong, market-oriented Manager for our Product Management team for Tubes & Fittings. You will join a global organization with strong technical expertise and a collaborative culture. The role offers meaningful influence on future offerings, regional positioning and how we prioritize strategic opportunities in the market.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop global strategy for Tubes & Fittings from supply setup to sales setup in different geographical markets
  • grow sales of this portfolio
  • manage a small team of 3 direct reports and 2 dotted lines reports covering major geographies: Europe, US, China & India
  • build end-to-end business model(s) based on customer insight for deployment in major markets
  • identify key areas (supply chain, digital marketing, partner setup, etc) needed for successful business implementation and ensure implementation
  • secure market insight on portfolio needs and price and lead time requirements and translate into supply strategy and pricing strategy
  • drive growth of the tubes & fittings portfolio in major markets together with Global Sales team and Alfa Laval sales companies
  • secure the right Partners and coverage for this portfolio together with distribution management team
  • ensure the team focuses on the right things and drive the tubes & fittings agenda across the organization

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in an international B2B environment, preferably working with transactional products
  • very strong business acumen
  • background may include strategic sales, commercial business development, or a product management role with strong customer exposure
  • strong analytical skills
  • experience managing an international team and have the ambition to grow the team
  • very commercially driven
