Job Description

Manager, Product Management - Servicing & Core Modernization. About the Role: Reporting to the Sr. Manager, this Manager-level PM will be the hands-on lead driving the day-to-day execution of our transition from legacy TSYS to the Modern Core (Orion). They will work at the platform level across Channels, Shared Services, and Servicing Strategy to translate architectural trade-offs into actionable requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Bridging the gap between the Orion program vision and the technical reality for our 5 platforms and 3 tenants
  • Managing the product backlog and scoping for specific workstreams to ensure we meet critical 'Day 1' and 'Day 2' milestones
  • Partnering with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for our agents and customers

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
