About the Team: The Marketing Data team within our "Data, Assistance, & AI" organization serves as the engine of growth for Capital One, establishing the enterprise standard for capturing and interpreting customer interactions. In this position, you will partner intimately with various Lines of Business, gaining unparalleled insight into how the entire company operates and which metrics drive profitable growth across our customer-facing products. You will act as the enterprise owner for the Google Analytics ecosystem, setting the standard for how we translate clickstream data into meaningful business intelligence across all corners of the company. Crucially, you will lead the strategy for the next generation of product analytics by shaping how we integrate advanced AI into our self-service tooling. By meeting Product Managers where they are, you will empower them to unlock complex behavioral insights faster than ever before and seamlessly illuminate the end-to-end customer journey. We are building a data destination of platforms, products and processes that is well-managed and easy to govern and where data is easy to find, understand and use.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Nice to have:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Familiarity with managing data within enterprise clickstream architectures, such as Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics
