You will work closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Privacy teams to take products from early concept through to delivery and iteration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop a strong working understanding of Mastercard’s open finance data products, including data sources, enrichment concepts, and product behaviour
  • Learn how products perform in real‑world scenarios, including limitations, edge cases, and quality trade‑offs
  • Support Product Leadership by maintaining clarity on product scope, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Contribute to early‑stage product discovery by exploring solution options, defining MVPs, and validating assumptions
  • Support the delivery of data‑driven features and enhancements from concept through launch and iteration
  • Translate customer, market, and internal needs into clear product requirements and prioritisation
  • Help identify gaps, weaknesses, and risks in existing products, including data quality, coverage, and scalability
  • Track product performance and metrics, surfacing insights and issues to Product Leadership
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by applying learnings from experimentation and customer feedback
  • Work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to understand technical constraints and trade‑offs
  • Partner with Legal and Privacy teams to ensure products are built in line with Mastercard’s data, consent, and compliance standards
  • Actively build expertise in open banking / open finance, transaction data, and data‑driven product development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, analytical / technical degree from a top-tier program preferred
  • Experience as a Product Manager working on technology-led or data-driven products
  • Strong curiosity about how products work at a technical level
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to reason about trade-offs and product impact
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Prior Open Banking / Open Finance experience
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments, and learn through experimentation
  • Experience working cross-functionally to develop and implement data solutions that maximise business value
