The Offers Platform powers personalized offer experiences for both current and prospective customers across every stage of the Capital One journey. We are currently modernizing our technology to deliver real-time, personalized interactions at an enterprise scale. As a Product Manager, you will shape data products and scale the delivery of experiences to both internal clients and our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Vision & Strategy: Contribute to the product vision, road mapping, goal setting, and product roll-out strategies
Customer Advocacy: Continually drive to understand customer needs, ensuring they remain the central focus during prioritization and trade-off discussions
Discovery & Innovation: Develop customer research, prototyping, and "test and learn" agendas, focusing on building MVP experiences to validate hypotheses
Technical Leadership: Direct world-class software engineers to design, deliver, and sustain functionalities that enable real-time, personalized experiences
Agile Execution: Lead grooming activities, specifically defining and writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer experiences
Stakeholder Management: Build strong feedback loops with leaders and stakeholders managing the downstream processes that depend on our platform’s performance
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
